The toilet that was slow to filled was repaired, but a slow leak in the flapper was that should have been detected was not. I responded to a e-mail and from the company requesting a follow-up and haven't gotten a response, it's been over a week since I sent the request
Excellent communication and follow-up. Returned my call within 20 min. Scheduled service for next day. Called 30 min in advance of arrival with picture and name of technician. Arrived on time. Performed the work promptly and at a reasonable cost which was fully explained. Showed respect for my home by wearing protective gear. I would recommend them and would definitely hire again.
