He ran the camera down the drain, even tho I said I couldn't afford that. He did find and fix a drain problem in the front yard and quickly fixed that at about the same price others had quoted. They broke a sprinkler pipe and fixed that at no cost.

We are very happy with our experience with Blue Frog Plumbing and Drain of San Antonio. Our project was a bit out of the ordinary, as we were coordinating updates and repairs from out of state. Mike was very patient and flexible in working with us to meet our needs and budget. Amy's customer service and professionalism were outstanding. When there was a miscommunication, they were quick to fix the problem without extra cost. I would definitely hire them again for my San Antonio plumbing needs.

Prompt response by Amy after request was completed online. She called back with name of Technician addressing the water leak close to washer, water heater and water softener area. Rick E., the company technician, was very courteous and professional. Demonstrated excellent trouble-shooting technique to diagnose problem and explained all steps taken.
