Mike went out of his way to explain things and to make an extra uncharged trip to light the pilot. They were the only one of several companies I called that could get to my emergency (water flowing out of the water heater) within an hour.

Our project: Flange repair. We had recently bought our home and called our home warranty company to address one of our toilets that didn't seem bolted to the ground. Their plumbers told us that it would cost over $600 to fix it and would be a very completed repair, requiring drilling into the concrete etc. I quickly got on HomeAdvisor and was paired with Bluefrog Plumbing and Drain. He ran the camera down the drain, even tho I said I couldn't afford that. He did find and fix a drain problem in the front yard and quickly fixed that at about the same price others had quoted. They broke a sprinkler pipe and fixed that at no cost.

We are very happy with our experience with Blue Frog Plumbing and Drain of San Antonio. Our project was a bit out of the ordinary, as we were coordinating updates and repairs from out of state. Mike was very patient and flexible in working with us to meet our needs and budget. Amy's customer service and professionalism were outstanding. When there was a miscommunication, they were quick to fix the problem without extra cost. I would definitely hire them again for my San Antonio plumbing needs.

Bluefrog rep called within two minutes of my request for plumbing work. I needed service but not until I got off work and they accommodated me. Mike, the plumber was courteous, informative and precise. Great job Bluefrog! Highly recommended.
