RecommendedThe Bluegrass Care navigator team was extremely helpful to me and caring to my husband Jerry in the last two weeks of his life. In that short time I had face to face contact with 3 different RN’s and a Social Worker. They were all knowledgeable and thoughtful. My only regret is that I did not call sooner!
