the trailers are so nice once you see them and they are always spotless when you first get it I would recommend living here
Luis Ruiz was very fast to show up he got both my sink faucet fixed and the shower in the other bathroom fixed in just a few hours he had to remove a lot of stuff and clean up water and mold and replace a pipe in the wall and he had everything fixed in like an hour and a half he rocks thank you so much! I am gonna see if I have anything ever happens in the home I actually own if he would be out personal handyman in his off hours 🥳🥳🥳 I like his work ethics!
We recently moved here from California because of economic reasons . We had a hard time finding rentals that accepted dogs. We have two. We found Bluegrass Meadows in July and saw that it needed some TLC. We had heard horror stories of drug dealing, crime, and terrible management.I imagine that was the old management, because We moved in October and The manager has always been kind and courteous. Becky got me into a home quickly, went out of her way to help me every chance she’s had! Very sweet lady! homes are beautiful, clean, and peaceful. Great place to raise a family.
It's a nice place or seems to be a nice place to live. I hear about the police coming in and making arrests It's everywhere and more than just a few people are involved unfortunately. It's made a tough job a lot harder and it's not looking like the good guys are going to win anytime fast. Bluegrass looks good and has some issues that are being dealt with on a case-by-case basis.
