What a lovely stay! we originally booked a property in mission beach but the team at Bluewater vacation rentals let us know that location wouldn’t be ready in time for our trip so they offered us a handful of their other properties and we went with the property in La Jolla shores. Our family had a great time. The house was beautiful and very clean. Easy walking distance to groceries and restaurants. Clean and safe neighborhood too. Bluewater also did a great job of communicating with us during our stay.
What an amazing home, neighborhood, city, etc!!! Hands down the most enjoyable beach trip I have had in my life. Very relaxing atmosphere, perfect weather, nice restaurants, amazing sunrises/sunsets...all within walking distance of this place. The home was clean, inviting, and very comfortable. I am already planning my next trip and plan to bring the entire family. Thank you Bluewater for providing the exact experience that you said you would!
The experience was great. Very clean and plenty of space. I just wish that the check in would be sooner. We arrived early and just walked around and noticed it was ready before 4pm. Overall it was a great and loved waking up every morning sipping on a cup of coffee and watching the people walk on the boardwalk and listening to the waves of the Pacific Ocean.
Fabulous location in the middle of PB. Walk to beach, main hub and pier. House is well stocked for home cooking, and hot tub is added bonus. My only suggestion would be to re-open a prior direct beach access from the house, but I understand that erosion changes dunes, and it may not be possible. Bluewater was quick to respond to any questions, and gave a full house tour (including appliances, fireplaces and theatre room) to make transition into vacation mode easy. Highly recommend and hope to return.
