Great location and great condo My family loved this place! It is located very close to the ocean beach, and close to the bay! The condo is great, my wife and daughter loved the convenient kitchen, and I enjoyed grilling on the balcony. Plenty of room to sleep a large family!

Awesome location with a 2 minute walk to the beach! Condo is very nice and clean with lots of space. It had everything we needed and more. 2 minute walk to beach and tons of great restaurants in walking distance too! Loved it!

Great Location The condo was clean, comfortably furnished, and well located. It was close to beaches, shopping and restaurants. The parking was tight but considering the lack of public parking in that area, it was a great bonus. We enjoyed our stay and will be checking availability next stay in San Diego.

Luxury in the heart of the action!! What a wonderful place to enjoy our vacation. This place was clean and wonderfully equipped for our family of 8 to call home for a week. The views are simply the best. Having the entire balcony to yourself is a luxury on its own. The beds were comfortable and the linens were nice. There were some games and puzzles to build but warning if you do the one of San Diego the last piece is missing.( but the was the only thing in the entire place missing. Exceptional property, in an ideal location We used this property for a family reunion. We cooked dinner every night in the best outfitted kitchen I have experienced in a rental vacation property. It slept nine very comfortably. On the beach. Literally five seconds walk to the sand beach on the bay and a three minute walk to the ocean beach. One maintenance issue which Bluewater responded to within ten minutes. Pretty happy customers!

Nice property BUT make sure to ask questions! The location of this property was nice. Very residential neighborhood but close to several great restaurants. The home was roomy, beds were comfortable, furniture was nice. BUT... several things needed to be addressed. Directions for television operations in binder need to be more specific, gas grill was not clean and did not work. We had to call to get repaired. quiet neighborhood with steps to the bay We needed space for 7 adults and two children and this home provided it. This was a family reunion and it was nice to have all the space. Admittedly the home is an interesting mix of the old and the updated, but it served our purposes well. The kids loved the few steps to Mission Bay beach and we were happy to be away from the crowds along the ocean front.

We really liked it.. The only thing that we had to do was get some batteries for the remotes... They were pretty much dead or dying... It really worked for all of our family and guest's who came by... Really close to everything we went to ( Sea World, The Zoo, The Beach) I would rent it again.. Everyone was very easy to work with and communication was great...

Awesome, 3 bedrooms, 3.5 baths Great property for 6 adults, near my son, near the beach.
