Over the weekend, was reaching out to long distance moving companies to get quotes and right away got a call from ***** from BLVD Moving company based out of **********. We did a virtual walk through of my house and he quoted me the estimated cost of the move. I was happy with his quick response to my questions and the inventory list. Once you hire BLVD communication will become terrible. Even on the day of delivery nobody would call me back or read email. But before I hired them they always responded within minutes. At 4:45pm on Fri I still didnt know if BLVD was arriving Sun at 8. I finally got told they were coming Mon. At 8 am Sun the driver called to say actually its today. I wanted to share my recent experience through BLVD moving . I used BLVD moving for long distance move from ***** to ************** on June 20th 2024 and requested all my goods to deliver to ************** address by 12th July. Every time i call the customer care they are not responding properly and they are saying 12th July is the first possible delivery date but not the firm delivery date. If I could give them zero stars I would.Buyer beware, they are extortionist!!!We were quotw $600 for 4 hours.Booked for 2 - 2 bedroom units in the same complex to one unit 15 minutes away.Started at 9;45 am, took over 2 hours on the first unit, everything for the second unit was already on the footpath ready to go. I only give them 1 star because of the amazing delivery drivers that dropped our stuff off, otherwise I'd give 0 stars. ****** and ********* were absolutely amazing. Very kind and understanding people for the frustration that this company has caused us and the drivers the last month or so. Aside from the amazing drivers, we have sent so much information straight to the president of the company in an email and have not heard back. They are a terrible, disreputable moving company.I was given an estimate of $6,000 to move. After taking my deposit of ***** I was informed that the move would now cost $25,000. I believe the only reason I got my deposit back is because of the diligence of the storage unit supervisor. She took pictures of a bag with broken glass left outside of the opened storage container. After the driver left.
Run! This company quoted a fair price then continuously increased the price after already having belongings packed away. New price is ridiculous and unaffordable so they keep ur belongings.I wish the Better Business Bureau would check all those five star reviews that are obviously written with the same language causing me to believe they are written by a small group of people that know the company.
Terrible company that makes promised that are left unfulfilled. Was told items would ship in a timely manner and are still sitting in ***********I am told my not show up for two to three more weeks.Unacceptable, I cant move in until they arrive.They promise to call back but cant even do they that. Worst is a paid for the entire service.
I find a gig on ********** from blvd moving, the driver agreed to pay $120 for job on the 3rd floor . After moving 3/4 of items with a lot boxes and load in the truck in 1 hour 20 **. The driver say he want me to go home and cursing loud in the customer neighborhood. He refused to pay my $120, I drove from ******* to ******* 1h45 and 1h38 to come back home. I called the office in ********** to assist me recovering my pay but no one care about that. Do not hire them , that is not right
