I cannot tell you what a joke this company is. Two weeks late to get my items, 4 items not tagged. Still missing 4 totes and my brand new propane camping fire. Voicemails are always full. I think they do that on purpose. No one calls you back. They do not care. Run very fast from this company. Just an fyi out there to you all, $30.00 a day for being late. But they don't tell you that. This company has given me the run around for over a month now. I needed my goods to be weighed for military entitlements and they did not weigh my goods. I paid the 150$ fee for the weight tickets and come to find out they were never done. I had to do all of my own research and even called CAT scales for my weight tickets to find out they were never done. Glad these people appreciate the service members who serve their country so they can enjoy their freedoms. Do not hire this company! I didn't have a choice in the matter.
Handicapped Elder Abuse!! DO NOT USE THIS MOVING COMPANY! Almost one month and they still have not delivered my extremely disabled Mother's belongings, including her hospital bed and mobility wheelchair! I am beyond disappointed and upset with this company!!! I entrusted my Mother's move from Assisted Living in ********** to *******! Booked a move a few months ago for 6/30, i was given a pick up window between 11am and 4pm. It is now 7pm, the office is closed and my movers never showed up. I called the office several times and was given a ton of excuses that changed every time i called because they couldn't even keep their stories straight. Lies, excuses and then finally a no show with them pocketing my deposit. Do not trust BLVD moving, this company is completely incompetent.
Liars from the get go! Do not hire these people. My whole house was packed up over 8 days ago; I specifically told not only the recruiter for the business I needed my items before or on 4/1, also was verbally told by the mover that it would be at my door in less than 5 days after pickup, I still do not have any of my furniture. Dont try to call them for an update, you will be on hold for over an hour and still get no actual information on where your whole home is at. Doesn't deserve one star. Told okay to piggy back clothing in drawers and list of items to be moved sent ahead noted agreed upon and told nothing to do company does everything. UNTRUE. Day of move clothes to be put in boxes provided at extra cost $900. Company fails to mention once leaves state contract SOLD to another moving company which upon arrival to state destination ADDITIONAL trucking costs. TV never arrived. Hired this company to move my girlfriend from Los Angeles to New York. The story and the price changed at every phone call, items were broken, and they stole our 70" Samsung TV and offered a settlement of $36 for it. Horrible company. Scam. Buyer BEWARE! Do not use this company for your move. They cannot be trusted. Scammers and crooks.
They split the load because they sent a small moving van by mistake. Added another van and trucks left the same day just hours later. First van arrived on schedule second van has not arrived after three weeks. First driver demanded cash not the bank certified check we offered. We have no idea where our possessions are nor a delivery date. Unacceptable delay for delivery.
Forced me to pay and sign papers before I could get my stuff back, and refused to reduce the bill according to their policies on late deliveries and broken/lost items. Broken $*** cello Missing ps5 2 Missing sound systems Held onto evidence concerning a **** investigation.
