Excellent experience My buying experience was exceptional with the team at BMW Toldeo. The CPO purchase was handled well by knowledgeable personnel that cared about my experience. Given the current concerns around COVID, the facility was very clean and social distance was maintained by modifying their business processes accordingly.

Quick and easy Kyle did a wonderful job of communication during this difficult time. Was able to get our vehicle service completed and disinfected as well. That loaner car was sweet, just wish the weather would have cooperated so I could have put the convertible top down!

Service was good The service was great. I appreciated the loaner car. There is a dent/scratch on the rear passenger side of my car which wasn't there when I dropped it off, however, not bad enough to be too worried about. My car was serviced, but my service reminder light is still on, that is annoying, I am attempting to figure out how to get it off. Overall, my experience was great. John was terrific and your coronavirus protocol is excellent. I wish everyone there health and hope things revert to normal soon for everyone.
