The process was super easy and Steve was always just a text away to answer my 10,000 questions. They delivered my car to my home and Bailey showed me everything I need to know about my new BMW. I'll never buy a BMW anywhere else.

Looking out for customers I received my usual great service. The dealership also practiced strong social distancing without losing efficiency. A courtesy lease vehicle was available for me. It was clean and disinfected.

Annual check up Kyle provided me we a loaner car to sit in while my car was being serviced since I wasn't told when I made the appointment that I couldn't sit in the customer waiting area. Given the situation, he expedited the service time to less than an hour.

Work was done well, problem resolved, done on time No complaints. Excellent communication from the service advisor. The work solved the problem & identified another that needed to be fixed. Only issue: we had to ask for the advertised discount - shouldn't have to - should automatically be applied.
