Maintenance Due Friendly Timely. Pleasant I found out that the maintenance warranty had changed with out any knowledge of this. It was quite a surprise and not a pleasant one. Quite a few things have changed in the 20 years of my being a customer I understand the need to be profitable I do feel as thought changes should come to those of us which are affected by the change I was thinking maybe i need to look into a different dealership when my lease is up, this was not the first time that lack of information affected me.
