Purchased from a Distance I recently purchased a used (2018) 430iX Convertible from BMW of Toledo. I purchased this vehicle from my location where the nearest Dealership is at least 4-hours away - they did not have what I was looking for - that's how I ended up at BMW of Toledo. During the process of purchasing the car Steve communicated promptly and the purchase process went smoothly. Upon the car delivery there was one issue that, when brought to the attention of the dealership, was handled quickly and to my satisfaction.

Great Service Great service, vehicle was completed when we were quoted at the time we dropped our BMW off. Kyle kept us updated while the repairs were going on.

Dealer Experience My purchase experience has been fantastic. Paul Lunde is patient, knowledgeable, willing to understand the customers needs and goes out of his way to find the best possible value for his clients. He also follows up timely and is very polite and professional in his communications. I have not eben met the guy, and I would still not gesitate to recommend him. All my transactions very done by email and phone. I still have a couple of weeks to get my vehicle, but I trust it will go smoothly.
