They didn't try to bait and switch me and get me into another car, they only spoke with me about the car I was interested in. They were courteous and straightforward throughout the whole process. "Quick and Easy" Mike, my salesman, was no-nonsense when it counted and very helpful when needed. The negotiation process was quick and simple. I didn't get the deal I wanted the first day, but when they were able to make it he contacted me that day. Aside from test driving, the entire decision was made in about 15 minutes total. The financing department had the coolest tech gadgets for signing paperwork, and they didn't stray a penny from what Mike and I discussed.
