"Going over technical aspects of car" Diana did an excellent job of going over the assets of the car and how to use it’s technical strength for phone, navigation and media aspects. Very clear and well done.

"Very good" BMW alhambra is very friendly. They make you comfortable while you wait for your car or offers you ride somewhere. I’ve bern going to this dealership for about 10 years now and never get disappointed with the car maintenance service.
"Very smooth transaction" I talked with Chris on the morning of July 31. We agreed on the price/terms and confirmed. I then took a train to LA where they picked me up. They were true to their word and the experience was great. From my salesperson, Chris, to the finance dept. to my specialist who helped me understand the tech. pkg., they were all excellent. I have purchased MANY cars through the years (BMW and MB), and this went as smooth/flawless as any I have ever had - I do appreciate the great experience.
