"Smooth as silk!" I must say, each experience returning my leased BMW and choosing a new gem to drive off is efficient and a joy. The excitement of getting in a new BMW to drive home is never subdued by the business of getting a luxury vehicle. Metz (Elvis) Blohm and his team have my 10/10 rating.
"Scott Abrams" Scott Abrams is consistently personable, professional. He has great communication skills as well as people skills. He has been my service rep for many years - and he is the reason I bring my car to New Century BMW for servicing.
"Pamela Chen is the best!" Old 2007 BMW was in New Century BMW for airbag recall. Pamela Chen, the service advisor, was nice and inspect my car before sitting down. She indicated I have a leakage of engine oil and I declined the repair at first place as my car is old and no point for fixing it. Same afternoon, Pamela found that the leakage problem are able to be covered by emession warranty, so she acquired my permission to hold the car for extra working day to fix it. "Diana is awesome!!" Got my 2019 X3 last week and couldn’t be happier with the car and the service at NC BMW. I already mentioned in a previous review how helpful Sami was but I also wanted to mention how AWESOME Diana was. She was super nice and was able to give me an easy step by step guide on how to use all the functions in my new X3. She was even willing to make a follow up appointment with me since I had to cut it short last time. I can’t wait! If you decide to visit this dealership, go ask for her!!
