"Good service and friendly" I bought a CPO 428 convertible from them, and found them friendly and easy to deal with without a lot irritating attitude. This is the second CPO convertible I’ve bought from these folks, and I’m as happy this time as I was the last time.

"Great sales person" Richard Bell is a pleasure to work with. He is extremely knowledgeable and charismatic. He truly cares about your needs as a customer and prioritizes customer service. He made sure the experience was seamless and that I didn't drive off without knowing every feature in my vehicle. He maintains professionalism while still being personable. "Great Service" Very well organized dealership. We came in and Dominic approached us in a very nice and not pushy way. We had specific requests about the options we wanted in our new X5. Seems it was a not too common combination. Dominic found one in another state and got it shipped to our region. All went flawlessly. We will buy our next BMW at BMW of Rochester Hills.
