"Great service" I am very happy with my experience at bmw Rochester hills. I was treated with respect and discovered the process to be smooth in buying a certified preowneed vehicle. They are truly all a class act.
"Great Sales Dept" I recently purchased a pre-owned vehicle. My salesman Erick was knowledgeable about the pros and cons of the two vehicles I was considering. He and his backup went the extra mile to help me complete the purchase before I had to go on a lengthy business trip. I'm looking forward to working with the whole dealership.
"Service is their number one priority" Their Service Department was awesome. Handled my problem and were first class. Also during my wait my salesperson Tanya came over and chatted with me. She always asks if there is anything she can help me with. I recommended Tanya to everyone. The people at this dealership are always friendly.
"Great service and experience" I went the dealership for my annual maintenance. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. More importantly, my work was complete within one hour: super fast! While I was waiting, the sale rep approached me to solicitor questions and offer information. He was very friendly and professional too. I will consider my next vehicle leased through them later this year. Perfect experience. Highly recommend!
