Just took delivery of my second 4 series coupe from David and the Rochester Hills BMW team! We had problems with my wife's previous vehicle which was nearing the end of it's lease. After the most recent incident with that vehicle, my wife contacted David to see how if could help. With great care and empathy for her situation (I was out of the country), David was able to transition her to the new vehicle she wanted without financial penalty. I very much appreciate the calm, professional manner in which he handled the entire process.
