I'm always apprehensive of going to a dealership to purchase a new car but i have to say, this was pretty quick and painless. Very easy going, no pressure atmosphere that creates a pleasant buying experience at BMW of Rochester Hills. The facility was very clean, and offered a good variety of snacks and beverages while waiting. This was the best buying experience I’ve ever had.
I worked with Dave Griffin on leasing my new BMW, and he was incredibly helpful, patient, and accommodating throughout the whole process. I really dislike a process of purchasing a vehicle. Dave and also BMW Rochester Hills made it a hassle free experience. We have started with another dealer in the area, however, we felt lot more comfortable with Dave. I still do not enjoy the process, but I think it was as painless as it can get, excellent.
Dave always kept me informed of any upcoming deals. He did all he could (again) to make car buying a very positive experience. Thanks for all you do!!

I had come to the end of a 3 year lease in a 2014 Series 3. It was a bit overwhelming the choices I faced, but these guys made it very easy for me. David was very helpful and renewing became a painless an amazingly fast effort. I couldn't be happier. I am happily driving a practically new Series 3 just like 3 years ago. Main change being the color. My first one was black and my new one is white. Black one was great, and the white is just as sharp.
Eric was amazing threw out the entire experience. I will be buying from Eric in the near future and recommend other to do the same.
