Service at GBMC is second to none! Mike Tenerelli and the staff in service, supported me with my claim for a rusted frame, and assisted me through total frame replacement in a timely and professional manner. All at no cost to me! Kudos to GBMC for putting customers first! I’ve always had confidence in this service department and would highly recommend them.

My 650i xDrive had two recent visits to the service department and I was very happy with the process and outcome of both trips. In the first one, I was experiencing a power issue with my transmission. Tom, the mechanic, took the time to hear about my concerns, asked the relevant questions, drove the car with me and put me in easy, knowing the problem would get fixed. I just leased my second Camry from Grand Blanc Toyota. My experience with my 2015 Camry was excellent. The sales and the service department were very courteous and were always able to answer and question I had. I would recommend them to anyone at anytime.

Lee was my salesperson & he was a good listener & addressed all of my concerns & requests. Some he took to upper management. I felt they were very fair & actually I purchased a used vehicle & was a bit concerned. But they went above & beyond to assure that the vehicle was safe & properly prepared. I was stuck in an expensive lease with a different manufacturer. I had researched the RAV4 & decided it was just the car for me Dan Myers helped me navigate through the old lease process and got me into the exact car I was looking for.
