Mike Tenerelli was patient, informative, and professional in assisting me with the repair/service process. Zack, the mechanic who worked on my vehicle, is a very learned and professional "miracle worker"!! The service performed on my vehicle was beyond expectations and done on time and my vehicle was delivered, washed and ready to go!! I would certainly bring my vehicle back for any needed repair and/or service and I whole-heartedly recommend the dealership and the service department.

I travel about 100 miles to get my car serviced at GBMC. Victor in Mercedes service and Dave in BMW have both been fantastic guys to work with. They go above and beyond at GBMC. I would highly recommend this dealership and especially the service dept to anyone. I would give Victor and Dave 10 Stars if I could

While my husband was in the hospital I needed service on my car and it was taken care of by the Pros at this dealership. They took me to the hospital, and when my car was done they delivered it to the hospital for me at No Extra Charge! Thank you Mike T and the staff at Grand Blanc Motorcars! You're te best!
