Our salesperson Rene Orellana is the reason I bought our second BMW from this dealership. Everyone there is great but Rene once again went over and above to make sure we were happy and purchased the right vehicle. I Truly appreciated Rene's honestly and his patience. We stopped in to check out the new BMW 4 series. The sales team at BMW Riverside was helpful. They asked us if we needed help and were not pushy. When we had a question about one of the cars Renee was very helpful. He was very knowledgeable and made sure to answer all of our questions. Zohaib Ashraf aka Zo was the best! Always has a smile on his face and it's contagious. I walked in not knowing what car suits me but this young gentleman brought out that the spark and put me into the car that was best desired for mw. Definitely going to recommend him to all my friends!
It was a quick and easy process, I walked in with many questions but walked out happy with a shiny new BMW. Everything was well explained in timely manner and our sales man, Zohaib was awesome from beginning to the end. He was quite friendly and informative about the car features and differences in the models. The car itself is great but Zohaib's great attitude and professionalism assured us of our choice.
