Had car towed to BMW of Riverside due to failed fuel pump. After learning diagnosis, Paul Brewer was excellent at obtaining warranty coverage for the failed part, prompt in his communication with us and timely on his promised delivery date for the repaired car.
Jay was our sales person and he had a wonderful personality and was genuine. His test driving route was beautiful and was a good representative sample of driving that one might incur. All of the staff were friendly and attentive. The price point of our 528i lease was fair and was negotiated with mutual respect. All in all Riverside BMW was an excellent place to purchase a wonderful "ultimate driving machine".

This was my second visit to the service center. I purchased my car about 2 months ago (CPO) and on the first visit it required some minor cosmetic work. (cup holder and floor mats.) Reception was great and work was completed in a timely manner. Jose Meza was the service advisor. On my second visit I brought my car for scheduled maintenance. Although we stopped late in the day on Thursday befor a holiday, Kal was warm, friendly and was great to do business with. Starting out at a Mercedes Dealer across the street, while I was negotiating with the salesman there, and it was getting late, my wife walked across the streets BMW of Riverside. 90 minutes later we drove off in a new 535i.
