RecommendedLoved my experience here! Not only did they fix my vehicle but they gave me a beautiful loaner SUV to take home overnight and then delivered mine to me (freshly washed) when it was done the following day...and I live an hour and a half away. Even though I had to have a significant repair done the overall superb customer service experience made it so much easier to handle! Definitely will be going here for all BMW service in the future.

Kudos to Bergstrom for understanding this as my expectations for BMW service are always higher than for other brands (as is commensurate pricing for luxury brand service).
