RecommendedI stopped by the dealership's service department for advice regarding conflicting notifications that popped up on the car's infotainment screen. The person who welcomed me (I cannot remember his name) looked into the issue. He told me that the car needed oil and filter change, and offered to do it right away! Now that is service! Very typical for this dealership.

RecommendedI was so impressed, once again, by Bergstrom’s service and professionalism. Pete was just great. I felt he was extremely honest and open about the issues with my BMW, gave my hubby and I options to fix the issues and kept us updated on the status of our car. Price was very reasonable and I didn’t feel as though Bergstrom was trying to make a fast buck on me. Thank you Pete and the amazing service team at Bergstrom BMW!!!

RecommendedHad a remote location flat tire. Because of runflats it became a more difficult situation. Between working with BMW roadside assistance for tow & taxi ride and following up w/Pete at victory Lane service center... I was treated with concern, respect, efficiency and genuine compassion for what could have been a very scary tragic situation. My car was towed, fixed & picked up within 24 hours of the situation happening.. Service is always above and beyond with BMW and Volvo..
