"BEST DRALERSHIP SERVICE IN THE EASTERN SEABOARD!!!!!" What’s to write?? U have an issue with your bimmer go to Ramsey/prestige Bmw. Speak to Cameron or Clayton the manager. They are by far the best there is the most knowledgeable and will do anything to make you happy. I won’t bring my m3 to anyone else!!
"Overdue scheduled maintenance was expedited. " After purchasing my 328d in April 2017 from (then) Prestige BMW, I returned to have NY plates mounted. The technician was going to mount the plates over over a surface which required cleaning (white car conspicuously reveals bug and tar spots). I asked for some cleaner for which I received a negative reply, so I went to the men's room to wet some paper towels and do the job myself. When I got back, one plate was already mounted, so I at least cleaned the other prior to mounting... read more
"Great Dealership " The staff at Ramsey BMW were very friendly and helpful. Andrew helped to put me in the car I wanted. He was very kind and really made the car buying experience easy. I will definitely purchase another car with Andrew in the future.
