"Simply awesome!!!" Cameron Cocherl is the best service advisor I've experienced in my 12 years with BMW. He always preempts my service needs and leaves me nothing to ask, making me feel like royalty each time I leave the dealership. "Excellent customer service skills" My experience at BMW of Ramsey was like no other. Daniela Faican and Rob DiDomenico went above and beyond to ensure I got the car of my dreams. They were attentive, knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with all around. They made the car buying experience enjoyable. Even staying late on a friday night to ensure I had my car for the weekend. "Quick attentive service " Made the appointment on line, was received by the Service Manager, flawless check in by Diana, used their shuttle service for drop off and pickup. Smooth experience
"Excellent to disappointing" Brian was friendly, helpful and was quick to get me in and out. Very happy with his service and follow up. When I went to pick my car up after being notified it was ready, I had to wait an hr and ask 3 times if my car was coming up, it wasn’t until cashier went over to guys and told them to get it. It was beyond ridiculous! No one was there when I got there and there were 13 cars just sitting by time I left.
