I worked with Greg, Dwayne, and Jim, and I have to say, this was the most pleasant car experience I've ever had. Greg took hours to work with me to find a car that had exactly what I needed, while Brian worked on the numbers. Jim was great in explaining the financing, and put together a payment structure that really worked great for everyone, and Dwayne took a very long time to get me set up, and solved all my problems (twice). I live extremely close to prestige, but until recently have taken my car to other dealerships for service due to the poor service. Luckily though, Prestige has greatly gotten their act together. Deayne Wong walked me through the X1's features. He reminded me of a master teacher,describing each feature in an understandable manner. He demonstrated the featyre, had me do it and then reviewed it. He showed me features that I never knew existed even though my previous car-the 428 had. He was professional and displayed an easy even tempered manner Mark Rosenblatt is an excellent salesperson- warm, respectful and has a great deal of expertise and knowlege.
My experience with Prestige BMW has been the most pleasant of them all. Starting with the prompt and personal attention of the GM Brian Blum down to the financials with Jim. Everything was seamless! Prestige BMW has a true gem in Gregg Scott. He is an excellent representation of the "Prestige" brand. I never doubted anything he suggested, nor did I feel pressured in any way. Pleasant buying experience with Tim Gallagher. He was very courteous and responsive. We had a very long wait due to finance people not being available but Tim went out of his way to buy us lunch out of pocket to compensate for it. He was very responsive with my inquiries after the purchase as well. I drove over an hour to buy a car from this dealership but it was worth it.
I just took a delivery of a 2018 440i M Package with a DINAN Exhaust system installed. Maaaan it sounds amazing :) James Porrazzo and Gregg Scott were super patient with my decision making and evaluating all the options with me. It is a fully loaded car but James apparently makes things happen and deal offered it was just too good to pass up.
