I could not be happier with the experience I had at Prestige BMW. Everyone was courteous and professional. My Client Advisor Andrew Araque was extremely knowledgeable and professional. I just bought a certified pre-owned X1 35i from Tim and could not be happier with the buying experience. As a single lady buying herself a car, I went in with the idea that experience was going to be dreadful. Tim proved me wrong! I had a very positive experience purchasing my pre-owned BMW 328idrive at Prestige BMW in Ramsay, NJ. Tim Gallagher answered all of my questions and returned all my calls promptly. Jim handled the payment seamlessly and and Kristen explained most of the features of the car. I would definitely purchase my next BMW from Prestige.

I went to Prestige Bmw in Ramsey to see if they had any memorial day sales going on and also to see if they can do anything with my 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee as trade-in value. I was greated as soon as I walked in, dealt with a gentleman Tim Gallagher. He was very professional and courteous to my needs as far as finding the right car for me. From the initial conversation with Lori Asserson to the day (yesterday!) i picked up my new BMW 740xi, there was not a moment short of excellence, in explanations, attentiveness and understanding.
