Ordered a part, was informed installation of the part was included in price. Showed up to get part & have it installed, it was only then was I informed the installation is NOT included. Anything to sell you parts. “Sorry” and “Thank You” do not make up for the lack of accountability. Niello is simply another example of how lacking bmw services and support really is. Buy a Tesla

Niello BMW you could be honest when you sell used cars. Mark Schutten ripped off my friend; Even sold the my friend a vehicle that had to have oil service within the week because it hardly had any oil. Gave him the "low jack" line about lower car insurance. And sold him a bunch of other stuff that was not necessary. Dishonesty. Buyer beware of this salesman. Don't be suckered into buying all the extra crap car dealers want to sell you. Disgusting Car Dealership. You guys stink. 👎
I was very disappointed with the service. A $1500 front brake job ended up taking 2 weeks and costing $6k because they could not reassemble the hydraulic control unit......(it was working when i brought it in). To help me out they agreed to sell me the $4000 part at their cost...only $3k. When I got home, I searched the part and found it online for $1500....thanks for the "help". I wont be going here again.
Worked a deal with “Sales Manager” Jermaine Evans after being blown off by their finance guy Mark. I submitted my credit application which was to be followed by a $2000 deposit on a 328 to hold the car. Jermaine then finally returns my call and said someone else was there to test drive the car. Really? We spent 40 minutes on the phone negotiating numbers and payments. He then said he would have to talk to his boss on what the right thing to do was and would call me back in 15 minutes. I went in looking to finally upgrade from the Acura I have greatly enjoyed and unfortunately when talking to employee Abraham the conversation briefly alighted upon politics, at which point I made a fairly innocuous reference about my being fairly conservative. His tone and manner shifted drastically and from that point on to call his attitude coldly hostile (this is customer service after all and he can't be that open about it) would doing Abraham a great service.
