So I let bmw rape me for $500 , they were about to get me for a air filter for $129 until I remembered I did my own oil changes on the Honda and they're hella easy to replace . Besides that Nissan by far exceeds their customer service and time efficiency. They even clean and vacuum out your car, which bmw did not offer me. I was misquoted over the phone, came in was told another price ,then found a coupon on the website for another price. I bought a bmw in 2011. My car broke down and they will not return my calls.. .So guess what. I bought a lexus. I will never ever buy a car there again. Bad. Bad. Neva Spano.

Niello BMW Sales force is excellent. In fact, when I visited last weekend, it was only the sales folks that stopped to see if i had been helped and then told me that they couldn't help me as they were in sales. The service department is subpar. I needed a new battery and couldn't turn my car off (per tow mechanic). I drove over and left my car running. Walked in and stood in the service area trying to figure out how it works, pick a number, stop at the counter, etc. My three grands were sitting in the lobby waiting. After ab... read more

Purchased a car from them October of 2013 and still have yet to receive my personalized plates. Follow up from Sales team, back office and General Manager has been horrible. At this point could not recommend to any friends and family.
