I think there needs to be a sign telling you exactly where to go when you go to pick up your car. Dropping my car off has always seemed organized and personal. Picking it up, I never feel like anybody really knows what was done to the car or why. Sure, they can read the printout but it doesn't seem like they are aware of your issue or what really happened.
