I took my x3 for a tire puncture. To my surprise, the greeter told me the only way to assist me was with an appointment?? For a tire puncture? I ended up getting the the tire replaced thanks to the help of Douglas, one of the techs. After that, the service was seamless. Thanks Pacific BMW!

Usually, exceptional and quality service provided by all involved including parking attendant. Was treated well during latest service visit.
John at Pacific kept in contact with me to discuss the issue with my car. They also provided a video to show what the issue was.
The the staff at the dealership is very attentive to the customer and generally provide useful information. However, everything took inordinate amounts of time. After the test drive and I told the salesman that I wanted to buy the car it took almost 2 1/2 hours to conclude the work and step into my car. This 2 1/2 hours was time at the dealership and does not include the time I spent going to the bank to get a cashiers check. Everything is fine and dandy except waiting time.If I am making an appointment for a specific time then a simple oil and filter service should not take 2 t0 3 hours! Other than that the dealership is a classy dealership and all the employees from sales to service are professionals and have my approval.
Fast, good communication and they washed my car for me. The problem was fixed and I got my car back the same day.
I’ll be sure to come back to Pacific BMW for my future services again.
