The experience was awesome Kateryna the BMW genius spent adequate time to explain the car. John the salesman showed patience and knowledge about the process. Satisfaction was definitely on point when time to get another BMW 5series will come back.
2014 bmw under 40k miles breaks down. And was out of town so had to pay to get it towed. My experience with Hendrick bmw was a good one though. They fixed all problems, kept me in the loop etc. Even dropped the car back off at my work.
I'm just a walk in coz it's too late to call for appointment but still they accommodated us . Staff are very nice . Their lounge area is clean . Good service since 2011 when I purchased my first BMW car .
