I was thankful that they were able to accommodate me on the same day. I was driving on the freeway when my car start dying on me, literarily. TG I was able to go to the side. turn on my emergency light. That’s when I call BMW if I can Stop by & have it Check . Customer service was very nice & understand the situation & on that same day she was able to Squeeze me in gave me an appointment . To me that’s very important in time of need.
