I had the pleasure of working with Mr. Matt Arsoni when recently purchasing an X1. He provided excellent customer service, showing me two different vehicles I might be interested in. He followed up immediately any time I emailed or called him. When I asked about having a spot cleaned on my car and the windows tinted he took care of everything right away. Very professional and friendly -- I would recommend anybody looking for a BMW to pay him a visit!
