Joey is awesome! My husband and I have went to him for 3 cars, 2 BMWs and 1 LR, so far and will continue to go to him for purchasing cars. No matter whether looking to purchase a BMW or going there to purchase another brand, he is the guy to see! I enjoy every experience that I've had with him and the dealership. He truly cares about his clients and ensures his clients are extremely satisfied.
Joey was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. He worked very hard to get us the exact car we wanted at a fair price. He even worked extra hard to have the car delivered on my birthday-complete with red bow! Joey was very thorough and followed up with us after each visit. I feel confident that Joey and the BMW of Columbia team will take good care of us in the years to come. I would recommend Joey to all my friends and family.

I came to BMW of Columbia on 05/06/13 to get a few minor things corrected under the warranty. As always the service is fantastic. They had some one drive me home and then picked me up when my X1 was ready. Daren Ball was very helpful and very nice.
I came to BMW of Columbia today and many times before for the free car washes they do on Saturday. They really come in handy cause my apartment complex doesn't allow us to wash cars. Anyways the people and customer service is still exceptional even though the car wash is free. They get me in and out quickly and they do a fantastic job on the car. Joey did a super job. We had to order my car and he kept me informed of the progress every step of the way. We spent a lot of time going over car "minutia" during the delivery....because I asked so many question! Highly recommend Joey McIntosh because of his professionalism and knowledge.
Mike was very helpful; he kept me posted on progress on the fuel system related problem. He was very cordial and concerned with making sure the repair was successful and that I was satisfied with the results.
