Joey McIntosh was polite and non-aggressive. I have purchased many cars at other dealerships and always had at least one negative experience during the process. I live in the Charleston, SC area and found BMW Columbia to be more competitively priced than the dealerships in Charleston, Savannah, and Hilton Head. In addition, Brett was one of the friendliest and easiest salesman to work for - honest and non-pressured. We were able to negotiate my trade-in and price incentives over the phone, so I spent minimal time at the dealership completing final paperwork.
