This was my first experience buying a BMW. I inquired about a 330i on their website and received a response immediately from Ryan Amico, their Internet Sales Manager. I stopped by the dealership that evening and met with Ryan. From the start, I felt like I had know him for years. He had already had the car brought up to side of the show room and ready for me to look at and test drive.
He was very knowledgeable about all aspects of the vehicle and shared his own personal experiences with his vehicles. Throughout the whole process, he made me feel comfortable about the decision to purchase the vehicle. I wasn't able to get the car that evening and returned the next day with my parents. He went over the entire car again for their benefit. My parents were impressed with him as well.
I never felt pressured by him in any way. He truly cared about my needs and concerns. I have bought multiple cars before and have never received the treatment I did at Steve Thomas. Every employee I met was very friendly, courteous and professional from the sales staff, financing and service staff.
The day after purchasing the car, I received an email from Ryan wanting to know if everything was ok with the car. I had never received a follow up email or call from any other dealership before so I was very surprised by his.
A few days later, I stopped by the dealership again to pick up an owner's manual. I told him that I hadn't been able to synch my Blackberry with the Bluetooth. He personally walked me right over to a service consultant and had the phone connected within seconds.
I know that when I am ready to purchase another BMW, I will be heading to Steve Thomas and would recommend Ryan to anyone I know who is looking for a BMW.
