I have a pre owned certified BMW diesel and bought the extended warranty. In my 2nd year had two back to back service repairs that cost more than my extended warranty. I have had two diesels prior and had I am understanding of normal and not so normal repairs. It happens, best thing I did was buy the warranty. I've been dealing with them since 2000. They have always taken care of whatever car I had; I brought one of them in with no appointment having gotten a large object stuck underneath and they took care of it as cheerfully as if I'd made an appointment and I was the only client that day! Their personnel are professionals, through and through; their service is superb and I hope to continue as a BMW owner for years to come. I recommend Habberstad BMW in Huntington most highly!

Service was professional. Comfortable waiting area. Billing staff attempted to charge me for an item that is covered by my maintenance package, which was perplexing. Staff did attempt to assist with my Bluetooth/phone connectivity problem, however still not resolved.
