Buying my first car by myself I knew was definitely going to be hard. My car salesman just started working there so I knew he wouldnt know everything about BMW but kind of disappointed me when I asked questions when he didn't know the answer and didn't try to find the answer out for me. After purchasing the car there were other problems that weren't addressed correctly.
third BMW we purchased from this dealership and our salesperson, Audra, is wonderful. She is well versed in all models and spends the time to understand which one would best meet our needs. The buying experience was flawless and we walked out the following morning with a new X3.
