"I was greeted at the appointed time by my service advisor..." I was greeted at the appointed time by my service advisor Alfred. He asked what if any concerns I had relative to my X1. He then outlined the service that would be provided and an estimate of time for completion. The service was completed within the expected time and cost estimate. I found Alfred to be courteous, knowledgeable and professional, a fine representative for your dealership.
