My service advisor, Al Erdos, listened closely to my concerns and followed up on them. When the vehicle was ready, we discussed possible future follow-ups. They were so thorough that they washed my car and gave it back looking better than when I brought it in. The BMW of Cape Cod staff are always very helpful.
