"Prompt service" Even though a number of additional items needed to be taken care of (in addition to the regularly scheduled service items), such as some computer glitches and State Inspection, the vehicle was ready on time as promised. Great service!

"Too easy" I looked at the car online left a message because it was after closing. Ben called the next morning and asked if I would like to take it for a drive They let me have the car for a couple of hours to bring it back to home so my wife could see it. We have purchased 3 cars from Premier oops 4 and all have been very smooth and absolutely no pressure. For the little Service we have needed it has always been perfect. So if you are thinking BMW check them out first. Good job to the whole team. John
