"Excellent follow through on complicated repair job" I am very pleased with the repair work that was done on my BMW convertible. It required a complex repair to the hard-top. Corey German was the Service Manager on my repair. He kept me abreast of how things were coming along from beginning to end, and he was very helpful & professional throughout. "In and out!" Even though I came in for a quick oil change and the fabulous car wash, more service was required. With a loaner, I was off to the harbor for lunch and a stroll. The time estimate was spot on and I was out the door quickly. Myles made the entire experience a pleasant one and he even commiserated with me on the unexpected cost!

"Excellent dealership" Their sales and service departments are very professional and accommodating. Service was completed in less than estimated time. "Handled a difficult problem well" I had my old BMW delivered from Nantucket to this dealership to have an electrical problem fixed. The service department found that the car needed much more work than made sense to do. When I decided to just scrap the car, the sales team took title, arranged for a salvage company to come get it, disposed of the vehicle, and offered my a $500 discount on any car I chose to purchase, even though they made virtually nothing on the service visit.
