"Highly Recommend!" My situation was unique in that I had found a great BMW on their website, but was living in NY and didn't have a full day to drive out to Cape Cod to check the car out. "Outstanding " Buying a car could not have been any easier. There was absolutely no pressure, Kyle was super helpful and knowledgeable. I felt like he found a vehicle that best suited my needs and that was within my budget. I could not be happier with my whole experience.

"New Car Purchase" All employees were professional, welcoming, knowledgeable and patient. Sales staff made be feel comfortable. The Physical plant of the Dealership was clean, bright and welcoming.

"Bought a used BMW X3 SUV" I had a great experience at BMW of Cape Cod. Ben Whitney made the car buying process very easy and smooth, and Darren (don't remember his last name) was very helpful with showing me the features of the car.

"Second purchase" I have been driving bmw’s since 1995. This is my second purchase from Premier. The experience of both purchases were extraordinary. James Carbonell made the experience both easy and pleasant. Darrell made the delivery experience great. Financing was easy due to Richards advance preparation of the paperwork. My purchases at other BMW dealerships (5) were almost painful. I would highly recommend Premier and James to any potential BMW enthusiast. .

"Excellent Customer Service" There was so much to learn about my new vehicle and Darren was very thorough and patient with me. He really knows all about the vehicles sold there, and takes as much time as you need before you feel comfortable with all the new technology. "Beyond Price" On reviewing prices on the internet of a CPO X5 Cape Cod BMW was consistently high compared to off cape dealerships. But having bought my 328i convertible here some years ago and the proximity convinced me to give it another try. The friendly culture here and Joe Martin’s totally easy going good natured approach and of course a certified X5 looking brand new and ultimately loaded beyond my dreams led me to buy and appreciate this place.

"Great Experience" I was down there looking for a new vehicle. I had spoken to Joe Martin on the phone the previous day, got there at about 9am, we took a test drive in the vehicle I had wanted to see, then I ended up looking at a few others but in the end, decided on the initial car. Got a fair price for my trade in and was on my way once I said I wanted the car in under an hour. The buying process was easy and the car is sick! Highly recommend them they have a ton of vehicles on location so you have a lot to look at.
