"Great Experience" James was great from start to finish. Listened to what I was looking for and made sure I could test drive any of the cars I was looking for. He also did a great job explaining the options in each of the cars I was looking at. Paul gave me a very good overview of the car I chose and what I could do with it. "Expectations Exceeded" Ben really listened to our needs. He gave us his personal cell phone number so that we could communicate with him at our convenience. The car was purchased and delivered the next day. I then set up an appointment to meet with Darren, a BMW Genius, who took his time to explain every feature and detail of the interior and exterior features of this very “techy” car. I loved working with both of these people, and without hesitation would buy another car from them in a heartbeat.
