"Lessons from the BMW sales team" I run a couple of small businesses . In those businesses (of 20 years) we have grown 90% on customer referrals. So I consider myself pretty sensitive to how the customer is treated. The team at BMW dealership could not have done a better job in making the buying experience more relaxed and low pressure. "Excellent Service from James " James was a tremendous help from the first time I called him several months ago. For personal reasons, I was unable to get in to the dealership to exercise the option to purchase on my X5. James was very patient and provided me with a number of options that made my life a lot easier. Would only buy future BMW's from James. Thanks Jeff Stearns

"Stellar customer service" As single business woman I normally I hate the car buying process. This experience was a refreshing departure from my previous experiences. I was treated with respect, courtesy and honesty. The price was fair, the trade value was fair, and the process was seamless and quick. AND, I love the car! Thank you Kyle.

"Unexpected surprise" Our 16 year old X3 died and we needed a new car. Kyle was prompt, efficient and thorough. Kyle certainly knows his cars. he built an X3 for the showroom and showed it to us. It was a perfect match to our needs and would be ready in 3-4 days for delivery. When it arrived it was just what we wanted. We highly recommend BMW of Cape Cod and Kyle.

"Best car buying experience!" After having a not great shopping experience at Herb Chambers, my husband and I came to Hyannis BMW. James sold us the perfect car, everything we were looking for, at the exact price we were hoping to spend. I can honestly say that buying our car was actually fun for once!

"Best dealerships " We have worked with James for over ten years. He has been the best person to work with. Very knowledgeable and helpful to put us in the right car at the right price. We have found the people at this dealership to be very friendly and go out of there way to help us.
