"Great Customer Service " When buying a new car, I want an honest price, dependable and true customer service from sales and service departments and convenient location. "Buying a car here is always a great experience." My wife and I have purchased or leased 4 different BMW's over the years and we have always worked with James Carbonell. He is very knowledgeable about all the different models and he is very easy to work with, never any pressure and his love for the brand is apparent. "Buying a new car for my wife" The Sales person Tim was easy to work with and very straight forward. His assistant Brandon was helpful demonstrating the features of the car and reviewing everything so even I could understand it. Richard in finance was helpful and not pushy when it came to add ons. Great experience overall.

"Excellent customer service and professionalism" This is the best dealership I've been a customer of (and this includes other BMW dealerships around Boston). Ben and Richard were both very professional and courteous. They were patient with me, even though I arrived right as they were closing up.
