Purchase of 2016 535d Stevens Creek BMW did not have a car with the options we wanted. Our saleman, Kamran Haroon, searched other dealerships in the bay area and found what we wanted. By the NEXT day, he was able to get the car we wanted, and we made the purchase. Very satisfying buying experience.
Great service, fixed my problem, but .... Took my i3 in for warranty work. The overall experience was good, easy to get an appt, check-in was efficient, tech was good. However, I had to pay for my own rental transportation, for warranty work! What made it worse was that the replacement part needed 24 hours so I had the issue for two days. Surely BMW should just pick this up for this kind of repair? Never had this issue at Acura, Infiniti, or even Chevy (last car was a volt). Oh well.

Very professional and efficient service throughout I was promptly greeted when dropping my car off, was able to get a nice cup of coffee while getting my loaner car situated, and then dropping off the loaner was quick and easy, as well as paying for my service. Admittedly, prices are a bit higher, but you tend to get what you pay for. But for an oil change with a coupon, it's very reasonable. I'd recommend replacing the air filter yourself though.
